WorthCheck.in ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (spoiler: barely anything) and how we handle it.

We built WorthCheck.in because we were annoyed by finance apps that wanted access to our bank accounts just to show a pie chart. So we made something different.

🚫What We DON'T Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any financial data you enter into our calculators.

When you enter your salary, investments, assets, or liabilities into any of our calculators, that data stays on your device. The calculations happen right in your browser using JavaScript. We literally cannot see your numbers - there's no server receiving them.

📊 What We DO Collect

We collect limited, non-personal information to understand how people use our website:

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see basic traffic data like:

• Which pages are popular (so we know which calculators people actually use)
• How visitors found us (Google search, Reddit link, etc.)
• General device info (mobile vs desktop)
• Country/city level location (not your exact address, relax)

This data is anonymized and aggregated. We can't identify you personally from analytics.

Cookies

We and our advertising partners use cookies:

• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics uses these for session tracking
• Advertising cookies: Google AdSense uses cookies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing behavior

Children's Privacy

Our website isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Though honestly, if a 12-year-old is calculating their retirement corpus, that's pretty impressive.

If we update this policy, we'll post the changes here and update the date at the top. But honestly, our privacy stance is simple: we don't want your data. That's unlikely to change.
